I'm in the UNITED STATES !!!!!!!!! OMG !!!!!!  
And look who was waited for me in my bedroom ?!... ;)

Renee, this sweet heart, prepared a beautiful bed room for me, with that special surprise !!!!

OMG !!! I can tell you that I never met people so gentle, awesome and generous... and simple as well !!!!!
I immediatly felt well-at-ease with Renee and her fantastic husband, Kenneth !!!!
Both of them have been extremly friendly and so welcoming for me !!!!!
I just can't believe I am here ! Like I said (several times !) to Renee, it's a dream which comes true !!!!

My flight was really great ! not as long as I previously supposed... these 9H just flew !!!!!
Just the landing was really HEAVY to bear... I had some cold sweats !!!! ;)
But everything was forgotten at the moment Renee and I hugged !!!!!!

That's a fabulous day which begins in the New Jersey (Wonderful area !!!!) and I think it will end with another great event... Because tonight, we will meet the other Rushies... to watch the Tony's !!!!!!!!
Best vibes to Geoffrey, Hi to Grace, Lauren, Susan (see ya soon, girls !!!!) and many hugs and warm thoughts for you, Rushies who will follow our pilgrammage on your PC !!!!
You are in our thoughts and our conversations !!!

Ecoute, je vis des moments fabuleux !!!!! Franchement, même dans mes rêves les plus fous, je n'aurais jamais pu les vivre !!!! C'est vraiment que du bonheur !!!

Si jamais tu as la chance (et les moyens !) va visiter New York, c'est une ville vraiment fascinante, on se croirait sur une autre planête !!!!
Et les gens sont super sympa, correct, gentils... bref !! Je ne m'attendais vraiment pas à ça !!!!!!

Je vais de surprises en surprises... toutes plus merveilleuses les unes que les autres... et ça être de mieux en mieux !!!

Aww, Cate, you didn't have to post so soon after getting to the USA - but I'm so glad that you did. You come across as so excited, and it would be hard to relive that excitement if you posted after coming back from France. Although I certainly didn't doubt that you'd be having fun and that Renee and her husband would be lovely! I'm sure that she's a great hostess - but you know you were a great hostess for me, so I guess that what goes around comes around. Keep having a brilliant time! ;D

Non non !!!! Pas du tout !!!!! Et je suis plutôt contente, car je comprend pas mal !!!!!!! Et ben écoute, une autre surprise, c'est que je tiens super bien !!!!!
Hier soir, on s'est même couchée à 1H du matin (ce qui équivaut à 7H du matin en France !!!! Terrific !!!! Mais c'est ça, la vie à Broadway ! ;D

Quand aux repas, j'adore !!!!!!
Surtout que Kenneth est un chef en cuisine !!!!!! Il a fait un stage de 7 mois en France, donc... ;))))

Well.. let me tell you about this Cate...

She is the most gracious, personable soul with a heart of pure gold.

And the Universe sent her to me speaking fluent English!
I cannot tell you what a tremendous gift it is for us that we can express ourselves to her and she understands... when it is we that should be accommodating her... Her vocabulary is tremendous. And we are having a great time.

Cate is behaving like a girl in a dream - in New York she gets completely lost behind her camera, almost walking out into traffic and into people - she completely forgets herself. LOL!

And she is so curious about every little detail - she desires to record every new sound! You should see her now, laboring over how to post the new pictures of Geoffrey with his Tony Award - pondering in what order she should present them... She is a very caring, considerate soul. She is always thinking about others and she talks about her online friends as if they were part of her family.

It is a joy to be seeing my world through her eyes... This is one of the greatest the gifts of this whole event... and all because of a boy from Oz...

I'm so sorry that I am getting to this entry so late. I am SO behind on LJ.
I am glad you had a great time in New York. It's one of my favorite cities in the world. I am so happy that you got to stay with such wonderful people. :D
Now, did you get to see Geoffrey in Exit the King? I believe it is still playing, but just for a few more weeks.
I am elated that Geoffrey won the Tony! He is so deserving of that! I screamed out loud in happiness when he got the award. :D
